Fully Licensed Products: Due to licensing agreements and regulations, fully licensed products are not eligible for refunds. However, if you receive a fully licensed product that is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please contact our customer service team with details of the issue, and we will guide you through the replacement process.
